Then the brand's history witnessed the arrival of Charles-Eugene's son - Pierre-Alain Blum. His rebellious and independent personality could be characterized as a reluctant heir. At the age of 15, the young man was determined to study mechanics and electricity, but a few years later he gave up and left for America. After years of hard work, Pierre-Alain became a partner at Lucian Picard in New York. By 1969 he was offered a partnership in the company.
An unfortunate accident made Pierre-Alain's father stop his active running of the enterprise, and his son had to face the responsibility of the senior management role. He managed to bring ever growing revenue and profits to the company leading it to one of the best success stories of the Swiss Watch industry.
The German supermodel, Claudia Schiffer has been invited to take part in the forthcoming Ebel ad campaign. It is not the only case a mega star contributes to the promotion of watches, as Meg Ryan, Nicole Kidman, Uma Thurman and other celebrities have also become some timepiece's ambassadors.

c. the date the order was received.
d. the list of items to be exchanged (name and reference number).
e. The reason why you would like to return your Discount Watches items.
3. Upon receipt of your return request of Ebel Discount Watches, our Customer Service Department will provide you with a RMA (Return Merchandise Agreement) and RMA number. This RMA number should be referred to for any further correspondence inherent to this return.
4. Upon receipt of this RMA, please ship back the items listed on the RMA to the indicated return address.
5. Please email us with a tracking number of your return .
6. As soon as we receive your return package , our Shipping Department will process your replacement and you will receive a new tracking number to monitor your shipment until it reaches you.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the Discount Watches you received, you may return it for an exchange under the below conditions:
Return requests should be emailed to sales@rpbag.com within 14 days after your order was delivered to you.
- Ebel Discount Watches should be returned in unused condition and original packaging.
- When no quality issue is involved on , the return shipping fees would be at the expense of the client. Moreover, we would apply a restocking fee per returned item. Restocking fees amount USD 30 per Discount bag and USD 10 per Discount wallet.
- When return is motivated by a quality issue, we would compensate the return shipping fees (according to our policy) and replace the defective item at our cost, providing that our return procedure has been followed.
